    3rd communication suspension in 24 hours


    I am here yet again for being under communication suspension and got hit with a 3rd suspension in 24 hours. This is 2 suspensions in 24 hours and 3 in a week. How can I possibly violate Xbox code of conduct when I’m already under suspension? I have already
    called support and asked for the best way on contacting the enforcement team and they told me to post on the forums my case for review. I did as they instructed only to be emailed back notifying me that I’ve been hit with ANOTHER SUSPENSION? There is definitely
    something wrong with the system and needs to be fixed immediately. If this issue is not corrected I will contacting the proper individuals to have the situation corrected.

    Hello. So this past weekend I got an email about enforcement action that has taken place on my account. Really wasn't sure what it mean't cause I've never heard or seen any of this before. After some research on my account, I saw that I was suspended from
    communication on Xbox live for 24 hours. My suspension is over now, I did my research, I talked to support, nothing I could do. I got suspended. I've been a pretty loyal customer for Microsoft and have supported Xbox and their games for many years. I love
    gaming. Recently I started playing the new title "For Honor" and let me tell you, my friends and I have never seen so many hate messages in a game before. Im a simple man. I don't usually reply to these people as I don't see the point in arguing over a video
    game. If I do, its some witty comment of something I made up for my amusement, but its never inappropriate or harassing in any way. So naturally I have absolutely no idea what I did wrong to deserve this suspension. Now, I know this is seen a lot on these
    forums and I am probably gunna get the same response as everyone gets. I know that every single suspension and case is looked at carefully and they don't just randomly give out suspensions. I did my research I know... I just wish there was a way for me to
    know what I did wrong to deserve this small suspension that is now on my account forever. I really respect what the enforcement team is trying to do. I think catching these bullies on the internet is a great way to enforce a safer gaming community and for
    that, I thank you. But there are strong flaws in your system and I think a lot of people would agree with that. The team is really busy and there is absolutely no way to contact them for a 24 hour suspension, but this doesn't help anyone. I will probably never
    reply to another hate message again as it might be interpreted the wrong way. Now I have a suspension on my account. Thank you Enforcement Team 3rd communication suspension in 24 hours :)

    The enforcement team don't use the forums.

    You can go to the enforcement site
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/home
    to check any enforcement actions on your account.

    24 hour suspensions can't be appealed simply because by the time it is re investigated the suspension would be over.

    Like you said,best thing to do if you receive any abusive messages over live is to just report & block the sender.

    Investigations do take time, so they would not be issued the same time the action took place. All of the suspensions could be for actions that took place weeks ago.

    You can't ask for a case review if the suspension is 24 hours.

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you how long your suspension is.

    First time communication suspensions are usually 24 hours.

    That is a communication suspension. If it was longer than 24 hours then you could file to have your case reviewed. But seeing how it is only for 24 hours you will have to wait it out unfortunately.

    Xbox Enforcement - any recourse to a suspension

    I guessing the reason there isn't a direct way to contact the enforcement team is mostly likely to prevent harassment. If the suspension is 2 weeks, that usually means thats the 3rd suspension.

    First one is usually 24 hours.

    Seconds is 1 weeks.

    Third is 2 weeks.
