3Month gold member ship not work

i BOUGHT XBOX 360 yesterday from Carefour UAE with offer 3 Month gold and 6 games

when i try to use the Code on the card with XBOX package

give me :

How can i use it please?? i try to go to contact us but service not available.

also the package contain a card that for game to download full when i try to search for this game i found it but no link to download.

XBOX GOLD CODE DOESNT WORK

I got a gold member ship code not to long ago and my gold member ship expires next week and everytime i try to put in my 12 month member ship code in it wont redeem it it will give a error code. It will also say that "something went wrong please try again
later" i tried two days later and it still wont work. Explain please.

how i transfer the points to have the gold member ship

 

Try and see if you are able to actually use the gold membership perks. Put in a game and see if it lets you play online. I had a friend redeem a code, give her an error and when she contacted support the code had actually redeemed.
