3m prepaid won't work

Discus and support 3m prepaid won't work in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; when I hit confirm after entering my code and hitting next it keeps saying "something happened on our end.     3m prepaid won't work


    when I hit confirm after entering my code and hitting next it keeps saying "something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help" I've waited a good amount of time between try's and it continues to come up with the same message. What could I do?

    3M xbox gold won't work

    Hi there,

    please double check account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription shows there.

    If it does, then be sure to try Restarting your Xbox One console and also try signing your profile out and in again.

    Contact official support over at support.xbox.com/contact-us

    They can check if your code is valid.

    If valid they'll help redeeming it.

    If not valid, you'll have to contact your local reseller.

    Hi there,

    Remeeming errors are usually caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check your billing information at http://billing.microsoft.com and http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues. After that try redeeming the code on
    both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

    Also check that account , console and code region match, using different regions van cause issues too.

    If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
