3m prepaid card not working

Remeeming errors are usually caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check your billing information at http://billing.microsoft.com and http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues. After that try redeeming the code on
both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that account , console and code region match, using different regions van cause issues too.

If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

Contact official support over at support.xbox.com/contact-us

They can check if your code is valid.

If valid they'll help redeeming it.

If not valid, you'll have to contact your local reseller.

Hi again, I say for sure if prepaid cards would work. I have seen subscription cards (3m/12m gold) work sometimes, but microsoft point cards would not work.

Also, I cannot suggest providing your account information to anyone as it is 1, against the terms of use to do so and 2, it's generally good practice for maintaining the security of your Xbox Live account. In theroy it would work, but again it's not recommended.
For microsoft point purchases on debit/credit or prepaid card, your physical region must match the region on your account.
