    I cant get it to boot. As soon as its turned on it gives me the error message. Is there a way to clear the cache without it booting up?

    The only thing related to a code like this one are on consoles flagged as modded or self repaired.

    Has the dvd drive been replaced at any time by someone other than microsoft?

    Lots of guesses here but, May I ask,

    Why not just use the internet instead of disk or USB??? Seems like a simple fix IMO.
