    3D Blu Rays no longer play in 3D


    Like the title says, i last watched a 3D film on my Xbox in Jan and it worked then, i just went to watch a 3D film and it wont play it in 3D only 2D, anyone know whats up with it?

    Well the xbox one include 3D blu ray

    I'm getting a bit concerned that maybe the Xbox One WILL NOT play 3d blu ray movies. This article was posted on Cnet being fairly sure it won't:

    When I tweeted Xbox Support they have no information at this time (despite telling someone in May it will play 3D blu rays).

    Is there an official word on the legitmacy of the Cnet article?

    Maybe that feature has been removed seeing as 3D TV has pretty much died a very slow and painful death?

    I could be wrong (and probably am) but it could be the answer.

    Xbox One supports 3D Blu-ray discs when played on 3D TVs. Try checking whether there are any updates for The Blu-ray player app
