  1. 3D Blu-ray Playback Issues, just getting green vertical bars.

Managed to get 3D enabled on my Xbox One but all I'm getting is vertical green bars when I try to play a 3D title. I've tested this with my copy of Prometheus and Avatar, same results.

I've done a factory reset. Tried a different HDMI cable. Switched HDMI ports on my TV. Disabled 50Hz. Set it to HDMI in my display settings. I've done hard resets on my console, nothing works.

My TV is a Samsung UA48H6400AWXXY. I've been able to play 3D titles with my PC so it's definitely not the TV.

    3D blu-ray

All Blu-ray players use software for playback. It is called firmware and generally is user updateable. The Xbox One is a proper Blu-ray player that has issues at the moment. Lip sync and no 3D playback among them.

My TV received an update last night. Seems to have been an issue with the TV and not the Xbox. Working perfectly now.

I don't need to download an app to use my Blu-ray player and it updates its own firmware.
