because the reason you have to pay more for the X1 is cuz of your GOV. The reason MS has price droping in UK is cuz their getting own in the Uk.

Basically not even a year later I can get the same car, same features for almost £1500 less?

 

Tax does have an impact on price i know that but that hasn't changed in the last 3 months, we're still paying. By my logic i know there're people out there ( like my two friends ) who purchased the xbox not even a month ago to find out the price is dropping
suddenly and theres no way of benefiting from it. Maybe it doesn't bother you but it bothers me, from the original xbox to the xbox one i've had them all. Im sure there're people that feel the same as me and unless microsoft resolve this they will lose a lot
of fans.

Any and all of you that are upset about this, need to realize that it was YOUR OWN decision to buy a console at launch. Every console in the history of ever has had a price drop. So you have no right to be upset at anyone but yourself for needing the console
so early. I am sorry but this complaint is so old and just makes anyone who says it sound completely childish like they expected MS to announce "The Xbox One will launch for 499 pounds but will drop to 399 pounds after 3 months so we suggest you hold off".
This was your own choice and if you are that upset, maybe re-evaluate how you make decisions in life.

 

They're greedy lets face it, you're acting as if money is easy to come by in this climate. It might be for you but its not for me, i like to invest wisely and i was stupid for investing in microsoft.

In all honesty you're delusional, we've been sold a console that has so many bugs and struggles to keep up with the ps4. Look at how many titles ps4 has in 1080p compared to the xbox, even titanfall a game that is supposed to be a headline cant match up.
Don't even get me started with rhyse....... At times i've been on my xbox one and thought to myself i could have waited, i should have waited. If i knew it would be so buggy and offer little in terms of exclusive games which are actually good i would have.
But guess what, they failed to mention my game would crash a million times and my headset wouldn't turn on, or the services offered on the 360 wouldn't be carried over. If you think this is acceptable then clearly you have no perception of quality do you think
if i was told all this would happen id have an xbox? No way

The only game I know that crush is BF4 and that do to dice and EA. Also what did you think would happen at console release. Their always problem look at the X360. I see you didn't do your research. The console always go down in price as time goes on. So
don't blame MS for your mistake.

So thirty quid for three months is terrible value when this thing will live for ten years on £429? The Titanfall XOne editions were very limited and sold out within a day.

I pay £30000 for a car, in a year it will be £22000. It's called business.

I think if thirty quid across three months and a free game is a problem for you then you need to stop buying things on launch. I think those months were worth thirty quid, and I would only have been annoyed if it pricematched PS4 in three months.

And with your ridiculous 1080p complaints, have you not heard that the XOne has a stacked dGPU (better than PS4's, not given to devs except Turn 10, is now being given to devs with Wolfenstein as the first TPDev), and a CPU at 1.75GHz, 0.15GHz faster than
PS4, which amounts to a total of an extra 1.20GHz per cycle, and better colours (36bit)? Sony was first out of the gate, Microsoft will catch up. Sony have built a 2013 console. Microsoft have built a 2020-ready console.
