    Hi ghaioothanssari,

    Sorry you're having issues with your Xbox Update. If it's a console update I would suggest first trying to wait it out for a bit to see if it self resolves. If you're still getting hang ups while trying to update your console, try unplugging your console
    for a couple of minutes, and then powering it back on. If you're still having issues try using the

    System Update Solution    .

    If the above solution doesn't work you could also do a factory reset and follow the steps and it should get you back to the home screen again. To do this go to settings, system update and console then select factory reset
