37/38 Achievement, 38/38 Unlocked Xbox 360

I completed Bully: Scholarship Edition 100% (Xbox 360) and saw the achievement pop. I checked my achievement list and it says I only have 37/38 achievements unlocked and 875 gamerscore... meaning I'm missing the 100% achievement. I open the list to see
what achievement I could possibly be missing. When I open the actual achievement list it says that I have all 38 achievements AND the 100% completion icon with the date is showing.

I contacted Microsoft support, they had me:

Clear the cache for my storage devices (and suggest I delete any updates but none were available) then restart my system.

Delete only my profile from my storage devices, then re-download it.

As you probably guessed, neither worked. I was directed here in hopes that someone else may be able to help me with this.

As a side note, when I open my profile in the Xbox home page, it says my gamerscore is 18755/30315, but in the top right corner of my screen it says 18880.

I had this problem with the "Julia's story" achievement, except the achievement app no longer recognices my progression. It used to let me know how much percentage was left for the cheevo to unlock, but upon collecting all 38 pages, it was reset.

So the game knows I collected 38/38 pages, but the achievement app claims i've collected nothing.

It's only 10 points, but still...

Dlc achievements are messed up even though I accidently deleted my save and the dlc achievements are already unlocked however when I go to compare games it shows I have 455 on the game and I look at it normally and it says 385 so I'm wondering if I unlocked
a new achievement on the game would it update itself from 29\38 to 36\38 ??

Okay, I was finally able to upload my files, so here are the pictures that I took a few months ago:
First off, I just noticed that a lot of my unlocked achievements for the game are shown differently on the website compared to my Xbox 360! It seems to show that I've unlocked certain achievements ahead of others that I unlocked before them, which doesn't
really make sense! Anyways, I'm missing three achievements and I should have 32/38 achievements unlocked instead of the 29/38 achievements shown unlocked on the website! If you look at the first picture, it says that I've only unlocked 29/38 achievements just
like the website, but if you look at the other pictures, it clearly shows that I have 32/38 achievements unlocked! I unlocked all three of them on 4/6/2013! I'm missing the Kurisu and the Scavenger achievement for 10G that I unlocked right after the Like a
Scavenger achievement, I'm missing the Clear a stage with Kurisu achievement for 10G that I unlocked right after the Travel to Another World achievement, and I'm missing the Kurisu and Phantom Breaker achievement for 10G that I unlocked right after the missing
Clear a stage with Kurisu achievement! Those are the three achievements that I unlocked on 4/6/2013 that I'm missing in that exact order for a total of 30G!
I really hope that my problem will finally be fixed now that I've gone through all that trouble! Thank you for your time! I really appreciate it!
