It say on the support page that it will take sometime for refunds to be sent back to your card account.

The norm for credit card refunds is 2 business weeks. Since thier is a high volume of refund give it 3 business weeks.

On the 4th week give a call to customer service for an update..

sorry to hear. I think your scores are not syncronized correctly. This may be due to a network problem. If you want to get in touch with someone from Horizon, this is probably the easiest thing to do through the server on Discord.

Please be sure to try the website request refund first, as agents will direct you there anyway. Also you are able to reply to the emails that you will receive from doing the online request directly.
