360's regularly disconnecting from Xboxlive, all other devices stay connected?!

UPnP just opens the required ports at the time they're needed, manually opening them is the same result except that they're open all the time. Having both enabled has no detrimental effect on anything.

Just for your info though UPnP was initially always on before I forwarded the ports, when I manually opened them I did turn UPnP off.

As I have previously stated there has been no change no matter what I try, the disconnect problem is on going for many people and I think Microsoft actually looking at their own equipment and setup would be an advisable course of action since this same problem
affects many different people regardless of their wired/wireless connection, what ISP they're with or any other factor.

You support staff obviously don't even read our comments properly and I'm fed up of repeating myself. My above post answers what you've already asked me... again.

I give up here, I'll contact Microsoft directly about this on going problem, which is obviously at their end, once I've gathered more numbers on affected people.

I think I'll also ask them to change their methods of support/customer service as the majority of people feel like asking for help here is like banging your head off a brick wall... I am now with the majority.

The Huawei 633 is the newest super router from the company and has run 6 different Xbox's at the same time all on open Nat.

I'm with Talk Talk, running on high speed fibre but that really has nothing to do with this problem I assure you.

It's a Huawei 663 and it does support multiple games consoles, I already checked.

The 3 Xbox Ones all have open Nat when working at the same time, the 360's used to be the same.

Most of the people I've previously mentioned who are having this same problem only have 1 console.

Already tried every step ever listed for this problem, I even tried some things not listed, nothing works.

This problem only affects 360's, not just mine. I've now spoken to around 20 people suffering the same thing and looking around various gaming sites the actual number of people with this problem is quite substantial.

This problem has to be at Microsoft's end and from what information I'm gathering it's getting worse in terms of number of people affected.
