360's regularly disconnecting from Xboxlive, all other devices stay connected?!

There are 3 Xbox 360's in my house and they randomly get disconnected from Live multiple times each day, yet every other device in my home stays connected. My Xbox One's, tablet and phone all never lose connection so this is not a problem with my ISP or
my super router.

I have tried every troubleshooting step known to man yet nothing has solved this. I get no error codes whatsoever and it is clearly not a hardware issue as this is happening to multiple 360's.

UPnP is enabled and I've even opened port 3074 but still happens between 10-30 times a day.

Please help, as an achievement hunter this is making me want to give up on Xbox and gaming in general.

Okay, try disconnecting all devices from your router, other than your Xbox 360 console, and seeing if that helps!

Ok, try disconnecting all other devices from your router, so only your console is connected. Try and see if it will connect then. Also, when you test your XboxLIVE connection, does it show everything is fine, and all connected? Yet, when you attempt to connect
it immediately shows that message that you cannot connect?

Forgot to mention that this is with a wired connection or wireless, makes no difference.

 

I'm having the same issues, but I can't get onto Live at all! I was told to delete my account and now I can't download it back onto my Xbox. Now I have two problems to deal with. Hopefully someone has an answer

 

I've now opened and forwarded every port listed on the support forums and dropped my firewall settings... still getting the same disconnects problem and my Nat is apparently moderate now.

I've done some research and I'm not alone, I've spoken to several people having exactly the same problem as me, is this Microsoft simply letting the 360 servers rot?

Already tried every step ever listed for this problem, I even tried some things not listed, nothing works.

This problem only affects 360's, not just mine. I've now spoken to around 20 people suffering the same thing and looking around various gaming sites the actual number of people with this problem is quite substantial.

This problem has to be at Microsoft's end and from what information I'm gathering it's getting worse in terms of number of people affected.

 

By the way, if you actually read my initial post properly you'll see that I stated I had tried every troubleshooting step already.

Please can we have a proper response to this problem and not just a stock answer, thanks.

 

Hey T1TANMONKEY! Most routers don't support multiple consoles with an open NAT. Having a strict or moderate NAT could cause your connection to be interrupted. What kind of router are you using? Post back and we will look in to this!

 

It's a Huawei 663 and it does support multiple games consoles, I already checked.

The 3 Xbox Ones all have open Nat when working at the same time, the 360's used to be the same.

Most of the people I've previously mentioned who are having this same problem only have 1 console.

HG325d, is it a 4G router? Which ISP are you with? Post back and let me know!

 

The Huawei 633 is the newest super router from the company and has run 6 different Xbox's at the same time all on open Nat.

I'm with Talk Talk, running on high speed fibre but that really has nothing to do with this problem I assure you.
