It said to unplug the router (which I did) and it didn't work or fix the problem. how can I fix this?

If you've exhausted all troubleshooting steps on our support site, try resetting the network settings to factory defaults. System>Network Settings>Your Wifi> Configure Network> Additional Settings> Reset to Factory Defaults. If after this, you are still
unable to connect, visit our Support page and setup a call or live chat with one of our representatives.

Be sure to include any torubleshootings steps you have tried up to this point.

If you have access to go into your router settings see if the router itself is blocking the Xbox from connecting via wifi. you may need to search around a bit to find out how to do this if you do not already know.

Hi,

Xbox 360 E has an integrated Wifi. An adapter won't help you with that issue.

Have you tried to connect it with cable ?

Maybe a console update via cable would help you with the wifi issue.

Try shutting down your console and then unplug it for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes then plug it back in and try connecting to the wifi. If that doesn't help the wifi hardware may have died.

My 360 shows the modem signal is 100% I have put my user name and password in and it would not connect this evening I hard wired it and it would not connect to the network I just got on Microsoft and em signed into xbox live so I know that my password
is right any other suggestions would be greatlyappreciated I had it working then I had a Internet guy here we changed the password now I can not get hooked up crazy lol
