    360 Update causes world to freeze on 360 and One


    Went onto 360 to transfer a world to One and it doesn't work, freezes half way. I've had this world for 5 years and wanted to visit it on the newer console, I always worked on this world when I was stressed or just wanted to be creative and Im very frustrated.

    It's not the world itself, it's the update that caused it.

    I put the world on a USB and loaded it on my partners 360 which has an older version of minecraft and it works perfectly, I saved it to see if it would work after being saved however it's still frozen. It only works on older updates.

    I've looked on other forums and some people are posting with the same issue quite recently.

    Anyone know a fix or the issue?

    Minecraft freezing as soon as joining world

    advise with a problem on Minecraft Xbox 360? Since the new update, every time my son joins one of his worlds, it freezes at "initializing server," then has to turn Xbox off manually. He has retried many times with no success.

    Can you make 360 worlds larger on One?

    Can you make 360 worlds larger on One? I already uploaded my 360 world to the One. The world is no larger though. This kills the game for me because I was looking forward to discovering jungle biomes since those came out after I already explored my whole
    world. My plan was to keep some of my new world unexplored, so any future updates could appear in that area.

    Is there something I am missing? Is this possible in a future update? If so would I be able to update my XBOX One world or just the 360 one?

    Are there any major freezing problems on 360?

    I had only one freeze that caused me to restart my 360 and LOTS of little ones where it will freeze for about 5 seconds and then be okay.

    1. Is your copy of Skyrim for PC or for Xbox 360?
    2. If it's for Xbox 360, is it the disc version or the Games on Demand version of Skyrim?
    3. What exactly happens when the game freezes?
    4. Is it only one specific game save that causes the freeze?
    5. Is it one specific character's saves that cause the game to freeze?
    6. Or is it all game saves that cause the game to freeze?

    It could also be that the game is buggy in places. That can cause your Xbox 360 to crash and freeze.
