Thanks for trying all that Orderian. You mentioned some steps in the guide but I wanted to make sure you were able to run through all of them.

Can you clarify what type of network hardware you're using with your console?

I am using a Sky Hub, I cant find its model/make anywhere in the Router or on the Router. Sorry. The original issue seems to be tapering off now...

Im not being disconnected as frequently now. Which is good. Although, not sure if related but my friend and I could neither Host nor Join one anothers games on Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls on XB1. Is there perhaps Live issues in general?

The issue is not resolved. Still plenty of 360 users having the disconnect from Xbox live issue. Clearly it's on Microsoft's end.

Nope. As I said in my opening message, I tried the re-downloading thing and it did not work.

Hey there!

If you're getting disconnected when starting apps, I have a quick fix that may be able to help clear this up. If you re-download your profile by pressing the Guide button and scrolling down to "Download profile" this should clear it up. You don't need to
delete your profile with this step, just re-enter your sign-in information and it should re-download.
