    360 Saves


    Hi all. I'm new to XBOX. Just jumped from Playstation to the ONE. I bought a few 360 games to replay on the ONE. Got the games working fine. I was just wondering if there is ANY way possible to save progress without the cloud? Like maybe to an external hd?
    I don't have internet and have to go to a neighbors to update etc.

    Transferring 360 saves

    I'm also having issues transferring my Xbox 360 save to my Xbox one. The weird thing is, I'm only having trouble transferring a specific map of mine.

    With backwards compatible games, you can only save the data to cloud.

    Are they Xbox One saves or Xbox 360 backwards compatible saves? If any are Xbox 360 saves I think they have to be deleted through an Xbox 360. If it is just Xbox One saves then I am puzzled as to why the opton is not appearing.

    I don't think that save information can be read from 360 to Xbox One. Any 360 related saves would only be read while using the Xbox 360 emulator. The Xbox One cannot access 360 save files.

    Can you save xbox 360 games OFFLINE on xbox one?

    Saves are saved locally to the hard drive, then sync to the Cloud. You still need Gold for Cloud saves on the 360, though you will not need Gold to save 360 games while playing them on your X Box One. So to import your 360 saves to your X Box One your would
    have to buy a month of Gold on your 360.

    The saves aren't swappable between versions. The 360 saves will only work with the 360 version of the game.
