360 Random Disconnecting

Been a xbox 360 owner for a long time now and never had any problems until the last few weeks. Xbox live keeps randomly disconnecting every 5 / 10 minutes and its making it impossible to play online or watch youtube. Ive done the usual stuff microsft tell
you to do like clear the cache or delete and re-download your profile and it doesnt help. This is a list of everything ive done; 1. Cleared cache 2. Deleted and downloaded my profile 3. Connected my xbox through wifi 4. Connected my xbox with cat5 ethernet
cable 5. Changed the cat5 cable for cat5e cable 6. Changed the cat5e cable for cat6 cable 7. Reset my router to default 8. Bought new router 9. Contacted my isp for a line test ( all fine ) 10. Tested other devices on the network (all work fine) I dont know
what else to do and from looking at other posts about this im not the ony one suffering with this problem. Im starting to think microsoft are to blame mayby they are turning off 360 servers to power the xbox one but after the trouble ive had these last few
weeks i wont be upgrading. I just want my xbox 360 to work and xbox live, a service i pay for to work too.

Controller regularly disconnects/reconnects on PC

I have a 360 controller that's been working fine on my PC for the past 2 years. I recently got an xbox one controller and it's been disconnecting/reconnecting at random times.
