    360 Purchases on Xbox One Issue


    So... I changed my Gamertag like 2-3 weeks ago, and after that, I'm unable to purchase any game from Xbox 360 Backward Compatibility. I tried to purchase from the Console, from a PC even from my Cellphone, and have the same problem, just says "Sorry, Your
    purchase cannot be completed, Try again later..."

    Are you talking about making purchases on the website for 360.or Xbox one

    She can't help you with the 360.issue

    This is only for the Xbox one and only supported for paid purchases on the website for Xbox one

    If this happened after you changed your gamertag, then you might need to refresh your account by removing and then redownloading your gamertag following the steps here on

    How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One    .
