360 profile will not sign in, manual or auto.

Update- I isolated that my neither my ISP nor my 360 was to blame, but actually my HDD storage unit. I downloaded my profile to a USB and that allowed me online. So if anyone has this happen, try checking this. You may need to transfer your saves to the
Cloud/USB and reformat your hard drive (which I'm going to do after I delete key files I downloaded around the time my issue started, just in case)

This has to do with your account. try signing into account.live.com and check if it prompts you to verify your email.
