FYI, just to head off the obvious, this does NOT help me:

Literally everything that I try to do, including stop all downloads, and download free content, requires me to get into my profile, which I CANNOT DO.

If it's on a xbox 360. See Error code 80070570

This may mean one of the following:

• The Xbox Live service is temporarily unavailable.
  
• You may need to clear your console's system cache.
  
• There may be a problem with your profile.
  
• There may be a problem with the hard drive to which you're trying to download content
  

trying to download my profile i put in the email and password it starts to download then stops with error 80070570 please help!

No spaces. Other profiles are fine, as is the task of creating new ones.
