360 Profile Disconnects

Hey Anubiis,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. If you haven't already, we suggest you try removing your profile, and
redownloading it.

1. Go to settings and select System.
2. Select Storage.
   Note If you don’t connect any external storage devices to your console, select
   Hard Drive. If you do use external storage, select All Devices.
   
3. Select Profiles.

1. Select the Xbox profile that you want to delete.
2. Select Delete.
3. Select one of the following:
   • Delete Profile Only – This deletes the Xbox profile but leaves saved games and achievements.
     
   • Delete Profile and Items – This deletes the profile and the associated saved games and achievements.

Sorry to hear about the disconnects you're getting, be sure to run through this page for random

Disconnects on the Xbox 360. If that doesn't work, let's have you re-download your profile by pressing the guide button on the controller and scrolling down to 'Download profile'. Re-enter your account information and try playing to see if that helps with
your disconnections.

Here's a couple questions for you to help us better understand the situation:

1. Are these disconnects a recent issue? Or have they always been an issue?
2. Do you have the same disconnect issues on other profiles as well as your own? Or are the disconnects specific to your profile?
   
3. Are you doing anything specific when you disconnect? Does it always disconnect with certain apps/games? Or does it seem completely random?
   

To start with, I suggest giving your profile a redownload. To do that:

• Delete your profile ONLY (do NOT delete profile and items).
  
• Clear your system cache.
  
• Restart your console.
• Download your profile.

yeah, you are disconnecting from the Xbox 360 version of Xbox Live, try removing your xbox 360 profile, and re-download it back to the Xbox one, that should resolve the issue.
