360 preview program not loading profiles

I was invited to join the preview program recently after downloading a couple updates i seem to have ran into an issue, I downloaded the last update which was a few days ago and after doing so the xbox became slow and unresponsive at times, but now it will
not even load up the profiles, i can see them when the console first powers on but upon character selection it just sticks at the loading prompt and gos no further i have tried to let it sit for upwards of a half hour, also i have tried talking to the online
support team and they instructed me to install a new update off of a usb drive but i had no success with that either ive talked to 3 different people and no one seems to be able to help i just want my console to work so i can play some games any one have any
insight?

Preview program

The 360 preview is not the same as the xbox one preview.

You can not be invited by someone already in the preview program on the 360.

Support have given you the wrong information or just got confused with the xbox one preview.

Either way,you will not get in the 360 preview program.

 

Error code 0x8027025a

Yes it's in the preview program. I've tried loading the games through the game hub still nothing. Also digital download games don't not work either
