Discus and support 360 ported save world will not increase in size when selected. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I've tried everything I know of and for some reason I can't get the world size to increase on my original 360 save.     360 ported save world will not increase in size when selected.


    I've tried everything I know of and for some reason I can't get the world size to increase on my original 360 save. I've selected to Override the World edges every time and for some reason, each time I get to the border of the map it hasn't changed.

    Anyone got any solutions/ideas?

    Just so you know, seeing something on the Minecraft Wiki does not mean it is available in the console version. PC is still very far ahead of the console versions of the game. There is only one version of the map on consoles. Also, if the world was imported
    from the 360 it will not increase in size, it must be a created on the Xbox One for it to see an increase in size.

    Minecraft crashing

    Sleeplessmeat... looks like your thing worked... but I noticed it wasn't just the size of the map to small. When you have "Online mode" selected, that seams to be the crash issue when creating a world

    Blown away by poor quality.

    They said that you would be able to increase the size of your 360 world in a later patch, they never said the game was going to have anything more then the 360 version anyway, they never announced any new skins, or blocks or anything so why would you expect
    it.

    Serious Question Regarding Upcoming Update...

    It seems logical enough that this port version of Minecraft creates the world as a large chunk when creating a world as apposed to when it would create smaller chunks as the player traveled. Unless the world size is created larger, there would most likely
    be no new clay added.

    But in all reality, we won't know how the world size situation will be handled, if at all, until they release info on what they plan on doing.
