    360 not showing I have gold


    So I purchased a month of Xbox Ultimate yesterday, and its showing perfectly fine that i have it on my xbox one, but when i go on to my 360 to try and transfer a save from hard drive to cloud it says i dont have gold.

    ive already tried to fix it by deleting my profile, clearing my system Cache and then redownloading the it but it still doesnt work.

    any ideas?

    That shouldn't matter, I have a gold subscription and therefore should be able to use my account on both devices. My gamer tag on the 360 shows no subscription but does show one on the Xbox one. As stated above, my wife's account shows the gold subscription
    active on the 360 as we share devices, which it should.

    So the question remains, why is all of a sudden my account won't work on the 360?

    Hello XBF Brad A,

    i still have my Xbox Live subscription i pay monthly.

    It does not show up on gold only xbox one games and the 360 games show up on all games but not on gold. these 2 games only show up on ea Access where i installed them before they went to the monthly GWG.

    If i would cancel my gold subscription they would still show up as far as i know 360 games won,t go after you cancel the

    Gold subscription. It only affects to Xbox one games.
