    I have run all steps, such as resetting modem and Xbox network settings. I have internet connection but am still not able to connect to Xbox live. Should I be contacting my ISP or is this a live issue?

    When you do a connection test on the Xbox 360 in the network settings, does it give you an error message with a reason why it couldn't connect to Xbox Live?

    Does the graph at the bottom of the test showing the green dots at least go to the Internet part?
