360 Not Connecting To LIVE

I'm at a complete loss

My 360 simply will not connect to my Internet

It varies between connecting to the Internet but not live, and not connecting to the Internet at all

I know there was an update available in the last few months, so the service should be working

Every other device in my home connects no problem

I've tried everything I can find as a 'solution'

I've removed my gamer tag from the system to redownload it, can't even connect to the service

I've tried both automatic settings and manual settings, reseting factory settings, everything I can find (most of which are closed threads without confirmation of even being a solution)

Using ipconfig/all on my PC only yields one DNS setting, so that was a bust

Restarting, unplugging etc both my console and modem resulted in no change

This is infuriating, and seems to be a common problem with no real fix

All I get are 'contact your ISP' suggestions, but with literally every other device (xbox one, switch, ps3, pc, phones etc) having access with no issues, it is absolutely not an ISP issue

I've also disconnected all of those devices, with just the 360 trying to connect as previous suggestions have recommended, also to no avail

Pulling my hair out over this
