Discus and support 360 Marketplace in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Why am I unable to buy anything from the xbox 360 marketplace? I have tried on xbox one, 360 and microsoft.     Why am I unable to buy anything from the xbox 360 marketplace? I have tried on xbox one, 360 and microsoft. I get an error message saying, “ uh oh that shouldn’t have happened. It appears you found a glitch in the system” when i use xbox one or the website.
    When using the xbox 360 i get an error message saying, “ your credit card info could not be retrieved. Buy this item with money on your micosoft account or try again later.”

    I checked both 360 and one on xbox.com. 360 marketplace shows it but the One marketplace does not.

    You can't buy 360 games from the xbox one as they are separate marketplaces

    Only way to download 360 games is an 360 console.or the 360 Web marketplace
