360 keeps updating

Discus and support 360 keeps updating in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; My console keeps wanting to update and when I do it takes forever and won't connect to live. What's going on?     My console keeps wanting to update and when I do it takes forever and won't connect to live. What's going on? It was working just fine a few days ago!
