360 keeps disconnecting from Xbox live

entitled, "I'm getting randomly disconnected from Xbox Live" in order to resolve the issue. Does an error message appear on your Xbox One
when you test the network and multiplayer connections in the
network settings? Be sure to let us know the results!

Just as an example, im currently watching the wwe network app via xbox one and have been for 1.5 hours, the reason i am using xbox one is because my xbox 360 disconnected twice within half an hour using the same ethernet cable....i have not reset the router,
not changed any settings, i have literally only taken the ethernet cable out of the 360 and put it into the xbox one....if i switch back to 360 i guarantee it will disconnect where the xbox one will not

That would be a good place to start but i have tried everything in there hence the post, I'm an IT Tech by profession, if an article exists i've tried it

No errors, never any errors, as i mentioned xbox one stays online without any issues but when playing 360 games on xbox one or when playing on my 360 the connection drops like clockwork
