    360 keeps consuming disks and won't open dsk tray


    ok, before this starts, by consume I meant major laser burn or scratches the disk.

    In my time of 360 all consoles I had/have have ended up with broken disk trays that don't open unless you persuade it with a hard thump on side,

    weirdly this coincides with my fave 360 game, Halo4.

    Once it is in console it fails to open or reckons that disk is unreadable. (even though they are both downloaded [campaign/multiplayer] it still renders them pretty much as nothin more than plastic circles....

    If you need any thurther description then ask...

  2. anyone know how to fix OPEN TRAY problem every time i put a disc in thankyou

    everytime i put a disk in to play it keeps saying open tray and will not play the disc

    games wont load

    Hi all need some help n advice, every time i load my game disk into the tray the notice open tray appears, i open and close the tray and the message keeps popping up to open the tray. I have cleaned the disk to no avail tried dvd's same result put in a cd
    and it plays fine but not with dvd's or the games. i have a number of game installed onto my hard drive which all play fine. Does anyone have any idea whats wrong wi my xbox 360? URGENT HELP NEEDED!!!!!
