    360 hotspot not working anymore when I got a new phone.


    Hi anybody. I have been successfully and easily been Hotspotting off my android phone for ages now ( I don't actually have internet where I am). I have just got a new phone which operates on the 4G band, previously I was only 3G. Now the Xbox 360 will not
    communicate with this new phone. It comes up with an MTU error and some other Garbage. The 360 obviously see's the new phone as it has it as a wireless selection option in the wireless settings. It just wont connect! That's the frustrating part. I do not want
    to keep swapping my SIM over to my old phone every time I want to connect to XBL. There must be some simple solution that I am missing, can somebody please help with that? Cheers. Ed. 360 hotspot not working anymore when I got a new phone. :)

    I got my Xbox 1 the last day in November I use my hotspot on my phone to set up the game and everything and it worked perfectly now all of a sudden when I try to connect it won’t let me anymore

    Xbox one won’t connect to hotspot

    I was just using my iPhone 8 hotspot on my Xbox yesterday and now all the sudden when I try to connect it connects to the hotspot then boots it off and will not connect to my iPhone hotspot anymore. Please help. Other devices connect fine still to my hotspot,
    only my Xbox will not now.

    The Maximum Transmission Unit needs to be at least 1364, for your console to be able to connect to Live properly.

    Consult with your service provider and verify the MTU of your cellular connection.

    Xbox Not connecting to Live.

    Using phone as Hotspot. Doesn't have firewall.

    Xbox live worked about a 2 months ago. And then nothing anymore.

    To clarify, you previously used your Xbox 360 with a phone hotspot, and have now switched ISPs and can't connect to your new network, is that correct?

    Does your Xbox 360 get the same error when connected to your phone hotspot?

    Apparently error code 0x8923000a doesn't exist?

    i got it to work by connected my xbox to the hotspot on my phone and using the data off that.

    Yes I can hotspot off phone but even I hotspot when the updates getting done it has got half way then started from the start again
