360 help please

this is most likely caused by the account being connected to the US region and not the UK region. Please check the country/region field in the second column on this link: https://live.xbox.com/Account/BillingAccountInformation

If that indeed shows a different country then the UK then you will have to Migrate the account to the UK region.

After the migration of the account to the UK region you should see £ on the store on the 360

If you don't have access to another power supply you will have to call support

trust the police are able to track down the 360 there was a report on the news about a stolen xbox and the police were able to see where the 360 was at good luck

There is no way to "lock" an Xbox 360. If it's been stolen please file a police report with your consoles serial number (it can be found by either going
here if you've registered your console, or by contacting phone support if available).

If someone else is using your account and you no longer have access to it, you will need to contact phone support via this link
here to resolve that.

Maybe your TV HDMI port is broke.

Did you try to connect something else with an HDMI to that TV?

Nevermind…just saw you said you tested it already.
