360 Halo game saves/progress gone?

Discus and support 360 Halo game saves/progress gone? in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; Hi, so I logged into my 360 to play Halo: reach again and noticed that my save data was missing as if I was a brand new player with no missions...     360 Halo game saves/progress gone?


    Hi, so I logged into my 360 to play Halo: reach again and noticed that my save data was missing as if I was a brand new player with no missions unlocked, I did the same in ODST and my progress was gone there to, I know the servers shut down in 2021 but that shouldn't remove all my stuff right?

    I did change my gamertag since then and was wondering if changing it back to my old one would fix it, or is this perhaps something that happened to everyone?

    Halo infinite not saving after a checkpoint

    I have played Halo: Infinite for two days now, My adventure starts once I land on Halo.... as I progress to The Tower I save my progress by transporting to waypoint on my map. Afterwards I was off my Xboxone for about a couple hours (now mind you I am playing offline) and my saved progress is completely gone????? What in the hell am I doing wrong !!! I need assistance I just wish this would save like the old school Halo games....

    not to mention to get it fixed means all saved games and stuff is gone, i mean i have like 20 games and 6 of thos r digital downloads and alot of saved progress all gone because of a fail update/patch

    progress and achievements accomplished are saved to your profile , the game save itself is stored where you choose to hard drive / cloud etc - therefore this is why the progress etc is still showing . If you have deleted the save then unfortunately as said

    He/she has already sold the xbox, so game saves are gone.

    Your level progress is saved online though, so you'll keep all your unlocks and stuff :) but you'll lose all your singple player progress
