360 Gold Tenure Missing on Profile?

So it seems that I've got a bit of a tenure issue. My tenure watermark on my profile when viewed on the xbox 360 does not appear, however when I view my account on the Xbox One it shows the correct number of 3 years. I have recovered my gamertag and it has
still not corrected itself. How do i get it to reappear? HELP!

Tenure icon missing on xbox one

I have 10 years xbox live gold and the tenure shows up fine on the 360.

But its missing on the xbox one.

Have tenure icons been removed from xbox one?

Xbox One TENURE icon missing

Mines disappeared too.

And yes I have a valid gold membership.

My 10 years tenure still shows on my 360 but it is missing off the xbox one.

I'm the complete opposite of you. My gamertag's tenure of 6 shows perfectly fine on Xbox 360 but on the Xbox One it does not show any tenure. I was told that it will fix itself but it hasnt yet and it's been about 2 weeks already.

Same has happened on my X1 profile. Tenure is correct on my 360 profile and no lapse in gold for 6 years. I noticed it missing a few weeks ago with no response why.

Actually Lost your wrong This person could recieve help from Miss Ermine and her team in the support section. They are simply in the wrkng section.

But i guarantee the tenure on the OPs profile is correct.

The tenure is no longer the number of years you have been on xbox live. The tenure number now corresponds to the number of accumulative years the profile has been Gold.

My account active and gold since 2008 and it displays a 6.

OPs profile avtive since 2008 gold for only 2 of those years.
