360 Gears of war collection

So, I've been waiting almost 2 weeks to be given these codes for the 360 collection. I find it quite unacceptable that you are able to hand out the other code for the expansion packs and not this one. So why is there such a hold up?

I have been waiting so patiently but now I thought I would speak up about this as i think this would be the only way to get my codes.

So please, can I have them in a timely matter as I know I am not the only one with this issue.

I totally empathise, i too have been waiting nearly 2 weeks for my codes. I don't really understand why they cannot send them, as soon as you register or play GoW4 when logged into your xbox account.

Xbox support told me, that once I had played the game, within 10 days I would receive the codes, as a message over Xbox live.

Well I'm still waiting !!

Same damn problem. I found some sort of notice saying that all the codes had been sent out, so if we don't have one by now we've to "contact them", which is laughable. I can't find a way to link directly to the message I put up asking for help, so it seems
I just need to sieve through the forums to see if I've got a reply. And all the while, us saps are doing their job for them. Not bloody happy with Microsoft.

 

I just received my codes today. However it told me that the code for Gears of War 2 was already claimed.

 

Well, another week has gone by since I posted this and still nothing. Honestly, do you guys just tell us to post our problems on here to just be forgotten or ignored?

 

funny thing is that my friend and i bought bought the ultimate edition for xbox one, he gets his codes right away and im here like a sitting duck waiting for my codes. -_- so i message the chat folks, they redirect me.... now seeing your post has me thinking
what is going on.

 

i contacted Xbox support on twitter, and this was the response

"Thanks for reaching out! The Gears Collection codes should arrive within 30 days after you redeemed the code for Gears 4”

Personally, I think it a pile of bull crap, and they just want to shut me up, but hey, I shall give it 30 days.

It's now been 16days and still no games

 

Well we shall wait the rest of the month to see then. I still find it stupid that you got that response but when some people put up complaints they get given the codes.

 

I'm in the same boat. Bought the 1TB GoW 4 bundle, installed GoW 4 on 10/20 but still don't have the codes. I launched the game but didn't "play" it as I want to run through them in order. Contacted chat, they knew nothing. Called support and the guy is
still following up with me/looking into it. I originally saw the 7-10 wait time but now I'm hearing (from these forums) it's up to a month. So I bought a console to play the GoW collection in order but I have to wait a month to play on it. Awesome.

send you the codes.

 

Also haven't received my codes, bought the game on 14th of October although it did take me a few days to download and launch the game. The promo blurb says that it should arrive within one month of "redemption" which I assume is when you first install the
game?

 

Just to add to this, received my codes this morning which is pretty well exactly a month since I first installed/played the game as promised
