360 Games With Gold On Xbox One Help

Happy New Year's everybody! I got a little problem with games with gold. I had a prepaid one month card and just activated it. I had to change my phone number cause the one on my account was old and no longer in use. Anyways when I go to the website
to download my free games like sacred 3 it won't let me, it says I have to wait until 1/31/16 when my info updates. So I can't redeem the games on the website. Then I go to try to download them from my xbox one. Well when I find the games it says bundle only.
I click that and it comes up with a sorry we couldn't find anything page. So, in short, I can't download any 360 games. Any tips? Sorry if this was a bit confusing.

Where are the promised June Xbox One Games With Gold?

Hopefully I'm just doing something wrong, but I can't seem to find Xbox One Games with Gold.

I already own an Xbox 360, but recently bought an Xbox One with Xbox Live Gold which has been applied to my account.

However whenever I go to the "Games With Gold" page on the xbox.com site, I'm only presented with an Xbox 360 free game, not the Xbox One game I was expecting.

I've not previously downloaded any Games With Gold games for the Xbox 360. Do I somehow have to tell Microsoft that I now own an Xbox One as well as my Xbox 360, even though I'm using my Gold account on the Xbox One?

Cannot purchase "free" 360 games on Xbox one or Xbox.com

It has always been like that not unless there will be an update regarding in redeeming Xbox 360 games with gold on the website. Xbox 360 marketplace has a different structure than on Xbox One Store. Xbox 360 games with gold on the website will need a payment
method. In Xbox 360 console, you won't need one. Currently, you can't redeem Xbox 360 games with gold using Xbox One console and still under progress about redeeming Xbox 360 games with gold on Xbox One console. Either get the games using an Xbox 360 console,
or get the games on the website with a payment method.

 

So you are in the middle of a security proof update unfortunately you have to wait till it completes before you can queues anything from the website

And no you cannot use an xbox one console to queue 360 games

 

I have a similar problem... today I want to download Dirt Showdown xbox360 to my xboxONE from games with gold... but it asks me for the payment details.... why?? if it is free?? ...I have a 1 year gold membership, it expires 23-may-2016

And I had no problem downlading Killer Instinct xboxONE from games with gold... it just downloaded and it didn't ask for anything

For 360 games with gold or regular paid games your need to have a valid payment option on file to purchase from the website

This doesn't affect the price so it won't charge for games with gold

You can only avoid this with a 360 console

And no xbox one cannot be used since it only uses xbox one marketplace

but... can I introduce a payment option, download the game and then delete the payment option?

because I don't want to have that personal data saved anywhere on the web... I never use internet payment, I always buy on stores

 

Yes but you are putting yourself thru more pain then nessariy since you will have to reinput it everytime you try and download a games with gold for 360

You do relieve that no one can access your credit info right ?

As long as you use a mixture of letters caps and numbers like hel10W0r1d like password you will never have an issue
