360 Games saved on account (no disc)

On my xbox one, how do I access the games I bought digitally on my 360?

Buying a old white 360 and popping in my hard drive

My pawn shop after like 2 years all of a sudden has 3 white 360s, and been wanting to buy one since my 360 died.

Question: I was playing Fallout 3 and Mass Effect 2 when my 360 died. None of the data was in cloud, when ME2 disc is in One no save files found. I have the hard drive that was plugged into the 360 that died. If I plug it into a 360 from pawn shop, and login to my account, and pop in my Mass Effect 2 disc, will my save files be there? And if they are, can I upload them to cloud to play ME2 on Xbox One?

360 disc drive died - transfer PvZ GW game data to One?

I see Plants Vs. Zombies on the list of Xbox 360 games that are backwards compatible on the Xbox One. If you have PvZ on disc, you should be able to put the disc in the Xbox One, download the 360 version, and continue on with the 360's saved game data
(if you had it stored on the cloud on the 360).

You would verify that you are signed into the same profile on your Xbox One that originally purchased the content on 360. Then you would go to My Games and Apps>Games>scroll right to Ready to Install. All eligible backwards compatible titles will appear
there!

Hi there,

save games are by default saved on the console on the Xbox 360 (or cloud when that is selected) so the save isn't located on the disc.

If you used your own account then that save is linked to your account and present on your console (I assume you played it on your console)

If so then you can give the disc back and after you purchased the game (on disc or digitally) you can continue with your save game and your friend can play his save game on their console (assuming they played it on their console)

So in short, if you both used your own consoles and accounts then you both will be able to continue the game where you left off via your account their save games.

To continue games without loosing any progress you need to move each game save on your 360 from being locally held to the cloud.

The 360 content you own digitally will appear as waiting to install when signed in with the account that originally purchased it, as for disc games just put the game disc in the Xbox One and it will download the emulated version of the game.

I'd already tried downloading the game to the internal disc, but that didn't make any difference. What I have done is delete the saved data from a previous 360 game, which seems to have cleared enough data from the cloud to let me scrap a new save game
file. There's barely any space there though. I've tried putting some old 360 discs in the one, to see if I could access the old saved game data in the cloud so I could delete it and free up some more space, but no saved data was listed. I've already deleted
the local 360 saved games. Can you think of another way of clearing some space in the 360 cloud? I think I still have the 360 in the attic.
