360 game not transferring to ONE

I have a big problem, a few years ago, i bought this game on my Xbox 360 on my first Xbox live profile, but the email to that account is long since lost, but the game is still on my Xbox 360. Then i made an Xbox one profile when i got One and i cant download
my game for free in Back compat. I suspect its because i didnt buy it on this profile but is there any way i can send the purchase between accounts or something that fixes this? Cause i really dont wanna pay for i game that ive already bought

Where is Xbox Live arcade on Xbox one

The lack of XBLA arcade games transferring over from the 360 to the One is the main reason I still use the 360 more.

Are you transferring the Xbox 360 saved versions of the game? Because if it's the Xbox one version it won't transfer over to the 360 side.

Xbox 360 games won't work on the one that is true but a license transfer is still a license transfer and will more than likely cause licensing issues for the games on the sold 360 console.

With the xbox 360 the game licenses went with the consoles themselves not with the accounts like on the one systems and games.

The thing is this with the 360s if you got a new 360 and license transferred your games to that one then the license on the 360 that you sold would no longer be valid because you at that point would have transferred the license for the games to the new console

License Transferring does what the name says, it transfers the licenses of games to a different console. Transferring 360 games will not work with Xbox One's BC, it will only work with the account that they was purchased with.

I remember hearing that while no Xbox 360 games or arcade games will be playable or transferable to the Xbox One that Movies and the like would be transferable.
