360 game not playing on one of 2 xbones in same home?

I recommend checking our
Xbox Live Child Settings page for information on making sure everything is set up appropriately to play M rated games. Next, you will want to make one of the Xbox One consoles your Home Xbox One console. That will allow any account that is signed-in on
that one particular Xbox One console to share games with the account that the Home is set to.

For example, if account A (preferably the account that already owns all of the games) has set up a Home console, account B & C will be able to play account A's games without A needing to actively be signed-in. If you own a second Xbox One console, account
A will need to be signed-in while either B or C uses the Xbox One to play A's games. Hopefully that helps break it down, for more information on that we recommend checking our

Xbox one has no backwards compatibility so cannot play 360 games, and there is no way a 360 can play xbox one games,so no you will not be able to play between consoles.

What he is asking is this, if the same game (say Forza 5) came out on 360 and Xbone could a person playing on 360 play someone using Xbone? I dont think that would be possible.

I am pretty sure if you own BF4 on the 360 and the Xbone, that you can play either and the stats will group together as one and go back and forth between accounts. I also believe the XBLive will be the same for the Xbone and the 360.

xbox one achievements and xbox 360 achievements wont be the same thing. it's like gfw and 360 achievements, you can have the same game on your list twice if you have it for pc and 360. the achievements will probably be the same on all platforms as well,
like it is with trophies and achievements. i wonder if you'll see xbone achievements on your 360. not just the updated gamerscore, but the achievement list and whatnot. also if friends playing the xbone will appear on the 360 or if they'll just show as offline...

Same here. Home theatre with equipment tower in back corner near projector. I have used a 10m USB extension for XBox 360 Kinect without issue.

I haven't pre-ordered an XBOne as I do not know the situation of using a XBOne Kinect in home theatre setup such as ours.
