360 game issue

    Setup my Xbox 360 to run through pass through yesterday. The sole reason was so I could use the SkyGo app. Picture quality of the video seems fine to me but I've read that gaming on the 360 can sometimes have issues.

    Uncomfortable pad?

    Only game I find I get any issues with theX1 pad is on Killer Instinct whilst using the Dpad but I also had the same issue with the 360 pad as I find the d pad position is not ideal for fighting games. If only fighting sticks weren't so god damn expensive!

    This shouldn't be the case.

    Please, delete your profile and re-download it:

    Press start+select to open Xbox 360 menu.

    Go to Manage Storage > Profiles > Delete your Profile (Keep the Data).

    Press Start+Back one more time.

    Download your Profile.

    After that, Power Cycle your console.

    Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

    Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

    Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    Plug the console power cable back in.

    Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    Yes, you can download games with gold on the Xbox 360. Sometimes issues arise for games with gold. I'm sure Microsoft are aware of the issue with the game not showing up for free on the 360, and will be working on a fix.

    Xbox won't read Fable 3 Disc

    If it's only that game that's having the issue, then there's probably just some defect on the disc. Try taking it back and exchanging it.

    New games will work fine with older 360s. There's no compatibility issues when it comes to 360 games.

    Never heard of anyone else having that problem with XBL.

    Does it only happen when playing a particular game?

    As MS does not provide the games servers, it only provides access to them. The servers are maintained by the games developers/publishers.
