360 Game code... Missing digits

Discus and support 360 Game code... Missing digits in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have a game code and allowed my kid to scratch off the "silver backing" to read the code..     360 Game code... Missing digits


    I have a game code and allowed my kid to scratch off the "silver backing" to read the code.. He scratched alittle to hard and I cant read the 9th and 10th digits. Can anyone tell me if these slots are designated for a letter or number for game codes? Or
    can it be either? I am trying to narrow my options of trying different combinations 360 Game code... Missing digits :)

    SIDE NOTE!!!

    Microsoft should do something different regarding the scratch off options... Its no lotto ticket for sure, you have to scratch and basically damage the card just to get the silver to begin to remove....

    That isn't a complete error code, I believe you're missing 1 digit. Can you please reply back with the full 8 digit error code?
