360 Download Que issue

I bought a new 360 system today, and have had a heck of a time getting everything transferred and running.

This issue is when I'm on xbox.com and I goto my download history and click add to que, on my new 360 system in the active downloads it says its assigned to another system. I would assume that system in question would hopefully be the system I was using
prior to this new one. I have completed the licence transfer and even re-downloaded my profile to the system to fix a different issue I was having. I've registered the new system online as well. The only answer I can come up with is to unregister the old
system, but truthfully I'm probably going to keep it for now. I'm also afraid that if I do remove it, it will somehow screw up something else. (because that's just the luck I'm having right now)

Xbox One X Refuses to complete Downloads (and other issues).

Ok so I just upgraded to an Xbox One X, and once I had it set up I put a few things in a que to downloads, yet bizzarely nothing will finish downloading if there is more than one thing in the que. They will generally download about 10 percent of the install size and then stop and simply move on to the next thing in the que.

Is this a common issue? Does anyone have a fix?

Also, another issue I am having it that the new machine has shut off twice on its own while I have been using it, and I have been unable to switch it back on for several minutes afterwards.

Seems like an overheating issue, which is kind of worrying.

Add something to your download queue and on the console select the download by pressing A, then choose "Download All Items". That will remove the "assigned to another console" message.
