360 Download History problem

So I have recently bought a 360 again for some not so long ago nostalgia purposes and I notice a problem. My console is connected wired to my Internet and my storage device is in correctly. When I go down to my download history it will buffer and will eventually
show my history. When I go down farther it will buffer for 10 seconds and show an error saying to check my network and to check the storage device. Also, it will show some games need to be purchased when I've already purchased them, but will eventually show
that I have bought them.

smwutches, i really appriciate Your help but last bought product is from January 21 i have this account very long arround 7 years thats the problem and i couldnt find option to download history on my PC , and i dont have 360 anymore

Hey, Rust! Since you've just got this console, I suggest trying out formatting your new hard drive.

Did you happen to get it second hand? If so, I'd like to make sure that the hard drive in your console is a legit one (especially if you got it with that console). To do that, please post up pictures of both sides of the drive. You'll need to upload them
to a file sharing site of your choice, and then post the link here.

From there, we'll be able to figure out what our next steps should be.
