    360 DLC and the Xbox One


    Sorry if this has been mentioned. Im at work and cant really search out. We have COD AW for the 360 but Im thinking about trading it in for the Xbox One version. My question is will all my DLC content be lost? What about all the special weapons and gear
    Ive obtained? Will that transfer over because its the same profile or no?

    As for my research, here are the following info.

    From Activision web site. . .

    Xbox

    DLC transferring between Xbox 360 and Xbox One depends on whether or not you purchased the DLC with a Call of Duty: Ghosts Season Pass.

    If you have a Season Pass:

    DLC purchased on Xbox 360 will transfer to Xbox One.

    DLC purchased on Xbox One will not transfer to Xbox 360.

    If you do not have a Season Pass:

    DLC purchased on Xbox 360 will not transfer to Xbox One.

    DLC purchased on Xbox One will not transfer to Xbox 360.

    Lego marvel superheroes DLC and code for super pack issues....

    hi there, I have brought a Xbox one console and have a Xbox 360 , both consoles have Lego marvel superheroes games and I got the super pack DLC code with Xbox 360 game and purchased the Asgard DLC aswll. The DLC and super pack have not transfered to the
    Xbox one and show as to pay for.

    can anyone advise if the DLC and super pack code will transfer onto the Xbox one?

    I dont mind paying for it. I just want to know if I can move the stuff ive obtained on 360 to XBOX one.

    If the DLC is for the Xbox One version of the game, then no, you can't use that DLC on the Xbox 360 version of the game.

    For example, Assassins Creed IV Black Flag is a Backwards Compatible Xbox 360 game that works on the Xbox One. However, if you buy Xbox One DLC, then this will NOT work on the Xbox 360 version of the game.

    But if you get the Xbox 360 DLC content for a Backwards Compatible game, the DLC will work on the emulated Xbox 360 on Xbox One.

    That is very helpful actually I didn't realise that buying some DLC is not possible though Xbox 360 emulation on the Xbox One. With this is mind, if I were to buy the DLC content on a standalone Xbox 360, would I be able to play the DLC (bought on the
    Xbox 360) through Xbox 360 emulation on the Xbox One?

    just as everyone has stated. Xbox One dlc will not work with Xbox 360 games & same goes for xbox 360 dlc will not work with Xbox One games either.

    DLC games - are they region locked?

    Xbox One DLCs are region free whereas Xbox 360 DLCs are region locked.
