Hey Vorpal! I know it's been like forever since you left this, but I just happened to stumble across it today and gave it a try. Worked perfectly!! Thank you a whole bunch!

In your console, Go to Settings »»» System »»» Storage »»» Select your local storage »»» Go to Profile folder »»» Erase all profiles (but keeps files, erase only the profiles) »»» Repeat it to all of your storage devices

After, Go to Settings »»» System »»» Storage »»» Select your local storage »»» Go to Games and Apps folder »»» Erase all corrupt games and apps (with an "!" in yellow) »»» Repeat it to all of your storage devices

Then, Go to Settings »»» System »»» Storage »»» Just select one of the storage devices and press Y »»» Clear system cache »»» (Repeat this procedure 3 times)

After all the steps above, Turn off you console, and remove the cable of the Power Suply for 3 minutes. After restarting your device, enter again with you account (Social »»» Log in / Log out »»» Download Profile).

This should solve your issue, please, let me know if it worked for you

Hi, sorry but you can't transfer your profile from the 360 to xbox one as far as I am aware using a USB device. You'd need to download the profile using these steps.

From the Home screen, select Sign in in the upper-left corner.

Select Add new.

Type in the email address and password that you use to access your Microsoft account.

Thanks to everyone who responded to my questions & I apologize for the lateness of this post . Last night I was able to swap the email addresses on my profile apparently successfully . The only caveat is that the old address is still displayed on the 360
consoles windows display in the upper right corner with my profile . Is there something else I need to do or will the new address appear in 30 days ? Now that I've finally made it this far I don't want to screw things up .

I guess emptying the money in my account & waiting for previous 30 day waiting periods to expire were the keys to completing the email swap . It would've been nice if MS had sent a confirmation email notice to my new address for some kind of assurance that
I had succeeded .

If anyone knows why my old email address display hasn't changed to my new email address please let me know & again , thanks to everyone for your advice , I sincerely appreciate your efforts !

To download history works in a new console first he have to use the transfer license tool for that sourse works.

You can do that by PC or console, both ways works and the way is similar

Go to your profile (in 360 go by settings) account management and use transfer license after that go to profile your profile and delete just profile (profile only maintain the rest) after that for just avoid problems clean your cache and download your profile
again (do that for your new 360 gain permision to acess your download history because after use the tool your console gain autorization to transfer from the old one to a new one).

P.S: You have do right most of pases for transfer content for a new console (transfered the archives), you just (maybe) forgot a pass most of people forget...use the transfer license tool (in the web site if you can´t use the old model or in him self if
he works or still in your hands...)after that MS identify you have a new one console and permit the content transfered works propely in new console included download history)than after the transfer license that´s the time to transfer down your profile by XBLA!!!
