    Hello,

    Just had to put my original Xbox down after many years of faithful service. Many games still interested in playing.

    I have a second hand 360 and also many game, never been online with this console. I read that a list contain compatible games and have seen many of my original Xbox games are listed.

    Tried to play game "Spiderman 2" as test. Tells me to go online and look for compatible update... So linked 360 console to internet again first time every for me. Two updates were loaded. Now Spiderman 2 messages says go to website to check availability yet no link to this site found on console. The internet says 360 no longer supported check Forums.

    Question am I to late to get what ever allows original Xbox games to be compatible with 360 console? If not what are the steps to get 360 console setup to play in a compatible mode?

    At this time I do not know how to check if Hardgrave is original since unit was purchased used from GameStop.

    That is a game for the original Xbox, not the Xbox 360. The bundle disc is not compatible with the Xbox 360. You will need an original Xbox to play it.

    Mercenaries is a Xbox Original game, I'm not sure if it can be played on the Xbox 360, some xbox original games are no longer compatible with Xbox 360 backward compatibility.

    Backwards compatibility requires an original Xbox 360 Hard disc with the pre-installed backwards compatibility software. If the disc is wiped, this is lost.
