Discus and support 360 comparable disc/won't switch bk to Xbox one disc in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Bought call of duty black ops and II. Compatible with my Xbox one.     Bought call of duty black ops and II. Compatible with my Xbox one. Now it does not recognize any of my Xbox one games. What to do?

    Rage 3 Disc Anarchy Edition, what are the other 2 disc for????

    Disc 1 and 2 of Rage are for the single player section of the game while disc 3 is just for the multiplayer. Each disc can be installed on to an Xbox 360 disabling the need to switch disc during gameplay. However, approximately 33GB of hard drive space is
    required to fully install Rage on to an Xbox 360 console.

    Hi, you do not need to switch disc as all games are installed to the Xbox One's hard drive to play; you won't have to insert the disc to run the game after that initial process.

    Hi,

    It's not the discs it's your console. If your console can not read DVD movies then it won't read Xbox 360 games either. DVD movie discs use the same type of discs that 360 games use (DVD-9).

    The Xbox One has two lasers to read discs. One for Blu-rays - which Xbox One discs games are made of - and one for reading DVD's and Xbox 360 games.

    Its just how it is on the 360 version.

    I borrowed FF13 on the 360, but ended up buying it on my PS3. Much better looking there (and only one disc with no install compared to three discs and a 22 gig 360 install)...

    Hi,

    Do other BC Xbox 360 game discs work on your Xbox One? For the Xbox One to recognise the game and download it from Live it must:

    • Be able to read the disc. Check if the disc is dirty or damaged
    • Have a working Optical drive capable of reading Xbox 360 discs. Try other BC discs or test a DVD movie.

    The Xbox One has two diodes for reading discs in the optical Blu-ray Drive. A red laser is used to read Xbox 360 and DVD movies and a blue laser to read Xbox One games and Blu-ray movies. If the diode for reading DVD's is faulty, BC Xbox 360 discs won't
    work.
