    360 BC issues when trying to download profile error code 8015000A


    My xbox one will not allow me to download profile while using 360 backwards compatible games. When i try and download my profile it starts a loading screen then times out and gives me an error code 8015000A " there is a problem with the credentials you are
    using".

    I recently changed my gammer tag, since i could download and use my profile for 360 BC games before this is the only thing i can think thats different now and causing an issue. Anyone have an idea how to fix this?

    Backwards Compatibility: No 360 Profile

    @The Dukenator, I think OP is having the same issue as me and have never owned a 360 either. Whenever i try to start any game in BC mode it doesn't recognize my GT and when i try to force download the profile by pressing the view and menu button it gives
    me an error that the profile cannot be downloaded at this time 8015000A after i put in my credentials.

    The licence is missing, expired, corrupted or does not belong to the current gamertag.

    Have you tried clearing the system cache?

    Solution= settings + storage + remove corrupted files then download profile... this should fix issues with error code#8015000A
