360-Are there any rare titles?

It only had 5 DLC, Broken Steele, The Pitt, Operation Anchorage, Point Lookout, an my favorite Mothership Zeta!!

 

Ah right, thanks dude. I must of been including avatar gear or something. Maybe even mixing it with an entirely different game. I just remember a huge list of things to grab.

 

Isn't Mirror's Edge a rare game nowadays? It's from 2008 and can easily top off about any game today.

 

I still really want to play that game so I hope its not too rare. I saw this dude doing a Mirror Edge building climb and I thought that was pretty sweet!

 

Oh man, wait till you play it Cloud. I've seen some epic speedruns and while I've never done a super fast run on that game, I still enjoy doing my crazy parkour and tricks. It's just a really well done game. Hats off to Dice. I heard a sequel is in the making
too so can't wait! The gameplay is what really shines out for me. Parkour is just a lot of fun and something different than everything else out there. Story and graphics are decent too. I've never played anything quite like it and I'm surprised why we don't
have more games like this out now. With that said, my girlfriend told me the next Asssassin's Creed game for next gen(Unity) is gonna have parkour! So that gets me even more excited even doe we don't have a X1 yet lol. Well, she's getting hers in September
and I don't know when I'll get mine, but I'll just hog hers.

Anyway, I think you'll like Mirror's Edge! I loved it. I would send you my copy, but I rented the game. Sorry bro. XD

 

A game that if it was released on disc probably would have been rare would have been ReZ HD, it's so unique that it's not on many peoples gamer cards, but since it's an XBLA title I don't think it can be counted as rare...

I do like the sound of it and the way you describe it makes me think it would actually be right up my street. The sad thing is I remember walking past this in a bargain bin last year for £3 and just never picked it up to say its an older 360 title, looking
at the graphics on the marketplace it really does look pretty good. Bright I might add but defined too. When you get your X1 (or hog the ladies) you need to hit me up!

WILK0 I saw you mention this in another thread. Your game sense seems to be pretty good so I imagine this is a game worth looking at. I'll go check it out and see if its my cuppa tea or not

 

I must be the only person who hated Mirror's Edge.

When I first started the game up I thought something was wrong with my console and the textures weren't loading. Nope, the game really does look that bland.

For a free running/parkour style game, there is remarkably little freedom on the routes you can take. The Assassin's Creed games are better examples of free running/parkour.

Plus to me the first person perspective was the real killer. You get no sense of special awareness or depth perception, and lack peripheral vision.

 

That would be the only downer for me vote bud. The 1st person of it. I watched the lady playing thief and I may be stereo typical here but it seems to me that first person is better suited to the FPS genre. Course, I will give it a go. Especially at the
price I last saw it as.
